Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum spend, and every order is fully tracked.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, with orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically dispatched sooner. Delivery then takes a further 3 to 7 business days, so most orders arrive within 4 to 9 business days, fully tracked.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also follow it any time on our Track My Order page.
You have a full 60 days from delivery to return any unused item in original condition for a refund. There is no restocking fee. Return postage is paid by the customer.
Refunds are issued within 3 business days of your return passing inspection, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few further days to post it.
Send us a photo within 60 days of delivery and we will put it right with a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. You will not need to send the item back.
